I bought these at the allergy expo on Sunday and couldn’t wait to cook with them. I have literally had the Kerala coconut paste on every meal since !! I added it to a broccoli and cauliflower soup that I make with coconut and it added an extra zing to it. Such yummy good quality tasty food. Delighted I found these
Got Mama Nagi from a lovely girl in Super Valu today mixed a spoonful of the Keralan coconut chilli paste with some coconut yoghurt and had with crackers and olives was gorgeous Then for dinner used rest of paste and made Keralan coconut chicken and it was divine.Thank you Mama Nagi…

Try this
Seal pork chops in butter, oil and cloves of garlic
Season with salt ,pepper – Punjabi paste to taste , tub of Bengali paste mixed in yogurt paprika and lime juice
Add oregano herbs or mixed Italian herbs and diced Apple
Slow cook in the oven until meat is tender and slight oil is floating on the surface .take excess oil if needed and serve . Other option is add cream and further cook it for 20min Serve it with green beans and roast potatoes yum !
